This Jamie Oliver 9" Springform Cake Tin is constructed
from heavy gauge carbon steel which provides even heat distribution (0.4mm
sides and 0.8mm base).
Rolled edges prevent warping at high temperatures and this
9" springform cake tin has a double layer of Quantum II non-stick coating
on the interior and a Xylan coating on the exterior to prevent food from
sticking.
Attractive duck-egg blue finish.
